Last couple of days, I've had some discomfort in the left side of my jaw around the rear molars. This morning I can barely open my jaw. Hope it's not tetanus :(
It's rather painful now. I was trying to describe it to C and said that, on an actual pain scale, it's probably hurts about as much as childbirth at the moment (but in the jaw, of course).

Should have known better than to expect sympathy... pah!
