Altitude Sickness

 

Feeling quite low overall. I know an element of it is part of the whole varying gamut of ME symptoms. I've had a busy time of things over the last few weeks, too, which will have had an effect in that regard.

I've also had one or two less-than-comfortable revelations of a personal kind which are going to take a while to process.

 

I recently replied to a friends post with words to the effect that it can be surprising how one's life can flip from negative to positive overnight.

Thing is, it can flip the other way, too, can't it?

 

Ah, well. These things happen, eh?
